This scholarship, given by the American Association of University Women (AAUW), was established to advance equity in education for young women going to a university.

• A graduating female of a Stateline area high school
• Worthy, industrious
• Financial need  (You must include a copy of the page from your SAR that shows your EFC or Estimated EFC)
• Scholastic standing in the upper one-third of their class

The initial payment of this award will be one-half of the total at the beginning of the first semester. The balance will be paid at the beginning of the second semester upon receipt of a certified transcript.
